1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at Fitsi Escondido (1529 E Valley Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92027) and PurFit Athletic (72-840 Highway 111, Palm Desert, CA 92260), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility & Screening
All clients must complete an intake form and health screening prior to receiving IV hydration, vitamin shot, peptide, NAD+, or weight-loss injection services. The Hydro Fit Lounge reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any individual for whom a service is not appropriate, based on the clinical judgment of our staff or supervising provider. Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian where applicable.
3. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at the discretion of the location. Walk-ins are accommodated where availability allows.
4. Memberships
Membership plans (Recovery, Performance, and Elite tiers) require an initial 3-month commitment and enrollment in autopay. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with written notice as described at the time of enrollment. Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
5. Payment & Pricing
Prices for individual services, packages, and memberships are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by an active membership or package. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as posted at each location.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from IV hydration, vitamin shots, peptide therapy, NAD+ therapy, and weight-loss programs vary from person to person and depend on factors including individual physiology, adherence to protocol, diet, and lifestyle. The Hydro Fit Lounge makes no guarantee of specific results, weight-loss outcomes, or timelines. Testimonials and before/after content reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for every client.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hydro Fit Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliated locations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not permitted by law.
8. Conduct at Our Locations
Because our lounges operate inside partner fitness centers, clients are expected to follow the rules and code of conduct of the host gym in addition to our own policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of staff or other clients.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of The Hydro Fit Lounge or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
